Student Hotel
Housing for the festival will be held at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott located in Devens, MA.
All students participating in the festival are required to stay at the hotel.

Traveling to and From the Festival
Students driving to the festival:
- Parents may drop students off with all belongings at The Bromfield School during the registration period of the festival.

Students Flying to the Festival:
- If you are planning to fly to Massachusetts YOU MUST FLY INTO LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN BOSTON, MA (BOS) and land no later that noon on the date on the 26th. Noon is the time the FINAL shuttle from the airport will be leaving. There will be several earlier shuttles as well for students who arrive well before noon.

IF STUDENTS MISS THE FESTIVAL SHUTTLE OR ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT LATER THAN THE EXPECTED TIME, STUDENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO THE FESTIVAL HOTEL.

We have arranged a deal with the Boxboro Regency, which is under a 10 minute drive (3.5 miles) from our rehearsal site. Please see the following link to book your room using our promo code! It will automatically load with a check-in date of June 26 and check-out date of June 30, the start and end of the festival.

Local Transportation
It is recommended that parents and/or friends flying into Boston should get a rental car, since public transportation in the area of Harvard, MA is very limited. (31 miles west of Boston) Uber/Lyft is also a possibility from Boston to Harvard, however once in the Harvard, MA area, Uber/Lyft service may be somewhat limited.

Directions and Parking for Mechanics Hall
From Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90):
Take Exit 10 at Auburn to I-290 East
OR
Exit 10A to Rte 146 North to Rte 290 East.

From I-95 (Rhode Island):
Take I-95 North to Route 146. Take Route 146 North to I-290 East.

From I-95, I-93 or Route 3 (New Hampshire):
Travel South to I-495. Take I-495 South to I-290 West.
From I-290:
Take I-290 to Exit 16 (MLK Jr. Blvd.). From 290E, turn left onto MLK Jr. Blvd.
From 290W, turn right.
To Main Street Entrance: At Main Street, turn left. Mechanics Hall is on the left at 321 Main Street. Parking on Main Street, Exchange Street, Waldo Street, Commercial Street, Central Street.
To Waldo Street Entrance: At Major Taylor Blvd, turn left. At Foster Street, turn right. Make the 2nd right onto Waldo Street. Mechanics Hall is on the left.
